Upon full payment for custom development work, the client will receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

Payment Terms

• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Client Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
